Concerto was designed and built by current students at RPI, and remains student-operated. However, we would feel terrible if we didn't recognize the extreme contributions made to Concerto by many campus organizations, including but not limited to the following:
- Union Executive Board
- Student Senate (we're part of them)
- Lally School of Management and Technology
- Rensselaer Alumni Association
- Office of Alumni Relations
- Career Development Center
- Union Bookstore
- Mueller Center
- Communication and Middleware Technologies
- Office of Strategic Communications and External Relations
- School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences

Without the contributions of funding, hardware, and support, Concerto would never have been possible. Many of the contributions to Concerto take the form of physical screens, such as flat panel televisions, high resolution computer monitors, and funding for our Small Form Factor Computers (SFFCs). And we suspect that the same will be true in the future. As an organization, the Concerto team doesn't have lots of money to put toward the funding of new screens. More importantly, we don't believe in it. Concerto succeeds when organizations see the value that they can bring to campus by tapping into the value of Concerto's campus-wide, open communication.
If you are interested in opening a discussion with our team about investing in new Concerto displays, we'd love to hear from you! Drop us a line at concerto@union.rpi.edu. We've gotten pretty good at the business of consulting with organizations for new installations, and can give you a quote on how much money installing a new screen would cost you for a particular on-campus location. We also have the resources at our disposal to make the entire process of putting up a new screen and getting it online with Concerto a breeze. We are also seeking funding from Rensselaer alumni and affiliated organizations, so even if you don't have a particular location in mind, we're interested in hearing from you.
